Important information before your appointment.
At Therapy Hair Body Nails, we aim to provide a professional and relaxing experience for every client. The following policies are in place to ensure appointments run smoothly and fairly for both our clients and our team.
1. Patch Testing
Patch tests are required for all hair colouring, lash lift and tint services at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Patch tests are quick and free of charge. If you are unsure whether you require one, please contact us before booking.
We reserve the right to refuse colour or tint services without a valid patch test.
2. Cancellations and Amendments
All cancellations or amendments require a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of 50 percent of the service value.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in full payment being required before future bookings can be made.
3. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other clients.
If we are unable to carry out the full service due to late arrival, the full service cost may still apply.
4. Nail Services Policy
We do not remove or infill nail products applied by other salons.
If nail art is required, this must be stated at the time of booking to allow sufficient time for your appointment.
Failure to notify us in advance may result in nail art being declined on the day.
5. Refunds and Satisfaction
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can assess and resolve the matter.
We do not offer refunds on completed services, but we will always aim to rectify genuine concerns where appropriate.
6. Payments
Payment is required at the end of your appointment.
We reserve the right to request deposits for longer or higher value appointments.
7. Contacting Us
During salon opening hours, please contact us by phone.
Out of hours, you may message us via Instagram at @therapyhairbodynails and we will respond as soon as possible.
Children and Guests
A polite reminder that we are a child free salon with the exception of breastfeeding mothers.
This is to ensure all appointments run smoothly, on time and to make sure everyone has a relaxing experience during their visit.
