What Information We Collect

We may collect and process the following information:

  • Your name
  • Contact details including phone number and email address
  • Appointment details and service history
  • Patch test records where required
  • Any information you provide when contacting us
  • Website usage data through analytics, and through cookies only if you accept them

We only collect information that is necessary to provide our services.

How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data to:

  • Manage and confirm appointments
  • Contact you regarding your booking
  • Maintain service records
  • Comply with legal or insurance requirements
  • Improve our website and services

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Legal Basis For Processing

We process your personal data under the following lawful bases:

  • Contractual necessity, to provide booked services
  • Legitimate interests, to operate and improve our business
  • Legal obligations, where required

Where required, we will obtain your consent before processing specific information.

How We Store Your Information

Your information is stored securely and accessed only by authorised members of our team.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy or to meet legal and insurance requirements.

Contact Form and Third Parties

If you send us a message through the contact form on this website, we collect your name, your phone number and the treatment you are asking about, and, if you choose to give them, your email address, your preferred days or times and your message.

Your message is sent to us by email. This website is hosted by Vercel, and the email is delivered by Resend, our email delivery provider, so both handle this information in order to pass your message to us. The website itself does not keep a copy of your message.

To help prevent spam, the form also checks the IP address a message is sent from. This is held briefly in memory and is not saved.

Our contact page can show a map provided by Google. It loads from Google only when you choose to show it.

Some of the providers named in this policy process information outside the UK.

We ensure any third party providers we use are compliant with UK data protection regulations.

Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website. Google Analytics only runs if you choose Accept on the cookie notice. If you accept, it sets cookies on your device. If you reject, or have not yet chosen, it does not load and sets no cookies.

You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw your consent, Google Analytics is switched off and its cookies are deleted from your device. We ask for your choice again six months after you make it.

We also use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, provided by our hosting provider, to count page visits and a small number of actions on the website, such as tapping our phone number or sending the contact form, and to measure how quickly pages load. These do not use cookies and do not store anything on your device, so they run for all visitors.

Your cookie choice is remembered in your browser's local storage. This information stays on your device.

You can also manage or disable cookies through your browser settings.

Your Rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your data where appropriate
  • Object to certain types of processing

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us directly.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
