All hair colouring services require a patch test at least 48 hours prior to appointment. Patch tests are quick and free of charge, and we reserve the right to refuse colour or tint services without a valid one, so please book yours in good time.
Cancellations or amendments require 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50 percent charge.
